At onlyswim.com we hope you love your product but if for any reason you are not happy we’ll do everything we can to sort it out for you

Please include a note with the package for ease of identification.

Under distance selling regulations you may cancel your order by returning any item up to 7 days from the day after delivery.

Returns must be received in original packing, unused and suitable for resale in order for us to be able to process you a refund. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage for returned items and for high value items using a recorded delivery service as unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returns which are not received.

Exceptions to Refund Policy
There are exceptions to our Refunds policy for certain items. Please note this is a non-exhaustive list and that these conditions do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

For reasons of health, hygiene safety and copyright, we are unable to exchange or refund the following products once worn or once the packaging has been opened or damaged unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose:

•    hats;
•    brief (unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place);
•    control wear ; and
•    swimwear (unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place). 

Once any returned items are received we will refund or exchange your product within 7 days and any refunds will be processed using the same method you used to pay for the purchase
