The AquaCoaches state of the art accelerometers measure the movement of the wrist during the swim stroke. Automatically detects stroke, counts & times laps, calculates average, fast & slow laps and calories burnt.
Advanced digital signal processing techniques and software algorithms have been developed by engineers to pick out the stroke and lap information for the recognized swimming strokes. Works with Freestyle (Front Crawl), Back stroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly. Works in all pool sizes over 15 meters or yards without calibration.
