The Delphin Swim Disc System is a learning aid for adults 12 years+. The solid foam arm rings can be removed in stages as you progress in swimming.
It is recommended to us 6 swimming circles for beginners, 4 swimming circles as confidence increases, and 2 floating discs to use before switching to swimming without assistance.
